I. Introduction

Welcome to BullMentor (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and services (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform.

II. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

III. Scope of Services

BullMentor connects users (“Mentees”) with trading mentors (“Mentors”) through our verified mentorship platform. The Platform evaluates Mentors based on an application process, including profitability verification via broker statements. However, we do not guarantee results, financial gains, or the accuracy of the information provided by Mentors.

IV. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

  • To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Suspension or Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the Platform.

V. Mentor Verification Process

We evaluate Mentors through an application process requiring broker statements and other relevant documentation. However, BullMentor does not guarantee the future performance or continued profitability of any Mentor. Use the Platform at your own risk.

VI. Fees & Payments

5.1 Session-Based Payments

  • Payments for services on the Platform are made on a per-session basis or as part of a package for multiple sessions.

  • Details of pricing and payment terms are provided during the booking process.

5.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment provider.

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of BullMentor. Payments are generally non-refundable.

VII. Platform Use

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes.

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform.

6.2 Content Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of the content they post. By submitting content, you grant BullMentor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for Platform purposes.

VIII. Disclaimers

  • BullMentor does not provide financial or investment advice.
  • Mentors are independent parties, and BullMentor is not liable for their actions or advice.
  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

IX. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullMentor and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Losses resulting from reliance on Mentor advice or services.

X. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullMentor, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

XI. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

XII. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
